Show Fees Per Day
- All Levels 1-7: $275
- Late Entries received after 11/15 $35
Stabling & Accommodations
- Stalls $60/weekend
- Shavings: $15/bag
- Haul-In Fee: $50/day
- Obstacle Practice Friday: $25
- RV Parking: $100
- Hospitality Ticket (Light Breakfast & Lunch) $20 per day
Entry & Payment Policy
- Invoices will be sent based on your selections and pay is required to secure your spot.
Scratch & Show Credit Policy
- Refunds: Are only available with a valid vet or doctor's excuse, and if approved, will be for 50% of the money paid towards Entry Fees. All other fees, Admin and Stalls will be refunded 100%
Competition Requirements
This show will be conducted and judged in accordance with the United States Rules for Working Equitation, rules that can be found at the following site: https://usawe.org/rules. It is the competitor’s responsibility to read and understand the rules prior to the competition
- All competitors must be members and Horses must be recorded.
- Membership: $55/year – Join Here
- Horse Recording: $30 one-time fee – Register Here
Volunteering
We love our volunteers! Come spend a day learning more about Working Equitation. We provide lunch and a fun atmosphere.
Sponsorship
We would love to grow our sponsorship support whether its in-kind, services, monetary, prizes, exhibitor hospitality or even hotel points or airline miles for our staff.
Dog Policy
Please leave dogs at home whenever possible. If you must bring a dog, it must be leashed at all times.
Access & Arrival Times
- Friday: 12:30 PM - 6:30 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- No after-hours arrivals

Each winner will receive a Rosette Ribbon and prize/monies donated by sponsors
